Maïa Archive is a dynamic product development studio collaborating with a network of Italian craftsmen, manufacturers, suppliers, and stockists to create innovative and sustainable products. With a focus on knitwear, woven, jersey items, and leather accessories, we prioritize sustainability and aim to minimize overproduction. 

All our products are crafted in north and central Italy. 

Key Responsibilities

• Social Media Management:
  • Managing and curating content for our main social media platforms, especially Instagram.
  • Planning and scheduling posts to maintain a consistent online presence.
  • Engaging with our audience and responding to comments and messages. 
• Content Creation:
  • Creating visually appealing and engaging content using phone cameras
  • Editing and enhancing creative content using Adobe programs (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other editing tools.
  • Collaborating with the team to develop content that aligns with our values.
  • Manage communication with clients/other content creators or designers to create collaborative contents. 
•  Communication:
  • Assisting with communication efforts, including email and other digital communications. 

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Adobe programs (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Excel. 
• Fluency in English. 
• Strong organizational and communication skills. 
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment. 
• Experience managing social media platforms, particularly Instagram. 
• Creativity and a keen eye for visual aesthetics.

The position requires a commitment of 20 to 40 hours per week for a minimum of 3 months. If the candidate is willing to work with us for 6 months at a full-time position, we could offer a net scholarship of 900 euro
